This home is graced with a large airy common living/dining/kitchen area, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 1 walk-in closet, marble floors, 13-feet high ceilings, hand-crafted shuttered cedar doors and windows, a street balcony and many more architecturally correct details.
Ground Floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, home theater with complete entertainment equipment including HD 1080 projector, surround sound system, computer connection, blu-ray, Satellite television, all of it to be enjoyed in a 9-ft movie screen, interior courtyard, full bathroom.

Second Floor: One air-conditioned bedroom with 2 twin beds, closet space and access to balcony overlooking Sol Street; interior air-conditioned bedroom with queen sofa bed with closet space. The third air-conditioned bedroom in the second floor has one double bed and one twin bed and ample closet space. All three rooms have access to the balcony, a full bathroom with a jet bathtub and shower, as well as a library area. The balcony overlooking Sol Street is directly accessible from the room with a view and the library.

Third Floor: Huge air-conditioned Master Bedroom with 1 king bed, walking closet with washer and dryer and with full marble bathroom with Grohe body mist showers; access to a roof garden with hammock. This room has a flat-screen tv with newly-installed center channel speaker that will make it hard for guests to want to leave this room. The Control 4 system works through out the entire house, including this room.

Fourth floor: Roof top garden terrace with barbecue and sound system controlled through the Control4 intellihome system.

Each of the three floors has its own modern bathrooms. The first floor bathroom has a rain shower; the second floor bathroom has a rain shower as well as a whirlpool and the third-floor marble bathroom has a Shower and Grohe water mist system. The third floor master bedroom has a television set with Direct TV service, a walk-in closet with GE washer an dryer. From the third floor master bedroom, guests can access the roof terrace garden that has a BBQ and 8-person umbrella table.

All rooms in the house have AC. The house has an intelligent home system Control4 with keypad entry that serves as a centralized control for the home theater, living/dining area speakers, fourth-floor terrace speakers, entrance lock and lighting throughout the house. This system makes it easy for multiple guests to come in and out of the house as no key is necessary. The house is equipped with WIFI, and LAN connections (in selected rooms) for internet service as well as an HDMI cable for connections in the Home Theater.
